1)Can I return the products and get a refund?

You can return the product within 7 days and get exchange. Refund of Money is not available. Only damaged products are applicable for refunds, after due inspection of the damage and the cause behind it.

RUGS

To return an order just contact us and we will book the return for you. Once the product has arrived to us, in the same condition it was sent, you will get a exchange for your order.

If a rug is faulty you will never have to pay any return fees. We will then send a replacement rugs. Unfortunately we can not offer packaging service for returning a product.

Returns must be made from the same country as the delivery address for you order.

For custom orders that have been placed, we cannot accept returns or cancellations.

NOTE: Remember to keep the original packaging in case you want to use our return policy. Samples are not possible to return. Return fees apply on exchanges as well.
